Cambri Compliance LLC ("Company," "we," "us") understands that clients and prospective clients may share sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information.
1. Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:
- Business processes
- Operational data
- Compliance strategies
- Internal documentation
- Proprietary systems
- Any non-public information shared during consultations
2. Our Commitment
We agree to:
- Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
- Not disclose information to third parties without consent
- Use information solely for the purpose of providing services
3. Exceptions
Confidentiality does not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available
- Is independently developed without use of confidential data
- Is required to be disclosed by law
4. No Attorney-Client Relationship
This policy does not create a legal attorney-client privilege relationship.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we maintain confidentiality, Cambri Compliance makes no guarantees regarding:
- litigation outcomes
- regulatory enforcement actions
- audits or inspections
- fines or penalties
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- determining what information to disclose
- implementing recommendations
